This policy covers this website. It does not cover our games on Roblox — what happens inside a Roblox experience is governed by Roblox's own privacy policy and by the data Roblox chooses to share with developers.
What we collect from visitors
Almost nothing. Browsing this site does not create an account and we do not ask you for any personal detail.
- A session cookie. Set by our own server to keep a browsing session together and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It is strictly necessary for the site to work, it is not used to profile you, and it is not shared with anyone.
- A session record. Alongside that cookie our server stores the session's IP address and browser user-agent string. This is ordinary web-server bookkeeping, used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels, heat mapping or A/B testing tools. There are no third-party embeds on these pages and our fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page here does not tell any other company that you visited.
What we collect from team members
If you work with us, an account is created for you on our admin panel. It holds your name, your email address, a hashed password, an optional avatar, your role, and the time you last signed in. Team accounts are also linked to a Roblox account, which stores your Roblox user ID so we know which Roblox profile a team member belongs to.
News imported from Discord
Announcements posted in our Discord announcements channel can be turned into news posts on this site. When that happens we store the message text, any images attached to it, and the Discord username of whoever posted it. Only team members can post in that channel.
Who else sees your data
- Our hosting provider, which operates the servers this site runs on.
- Roblox, if you choose to link a Roblox account to a team account.
- Discord, for anything you send us there.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Session records are short-lived and are cleared automatically. Team accounts are kept for as long as the person works with us, and are removed when they no longer do. Published news posts stay up as part of the site's history.
Children
Our games are on Roblox and some of our players are children. This website is not where anyone plays or signs up: it is a studio site, and the only accounts on it belong to people who work with us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
